Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the beauty items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
